Due to the increasing significance of transactional practices, the Institute for International Business Law of the University of Muenster and JurGrad gGmbH are once again offering a summer course combining fundamental and current legal rules with the practical experience of top-ranking law and other advisory firms.
Specialists and practitioners of international public M&A will be leading the course - this year for an entire week.
Topics of priority are valuation and tax planning, Due Diligence and finance as well as purchase agreements. Furthermore, the subject area Public M&A will be given special consideration.
In this context, tender offer, squeeze-out and delisting in Germany will be discussed and compared. Distressed M&A will be a further emphasis of this course and will be looked at in depth through a case study. Other main topics will be management participation and incentive structures.
We thank all lecturers for their contribution to the course. We also thank our sponsors and participating firms for their support. We look forward to welcoming you in Münster.
